Welcome to the Kid Lab at Swarthmore College!

We study how kids learn about the world and the different kinds of things in it.

We ask questions like: How do kids figure out what different kinds of animals are like? How do they form ideas about the world based on their social interactions?

Our research focuses on cognitive development from toddlerhood through adulthood. We work hard to make research fun and engaging for kids of all ages!
